A-1 All Weather Roofing was established 25 years ago by Randy Jorgensen and was just a small business supporting one family of 7 children. Throughout the years those 7 children, 4 boys and 3 girls, have helped with the installation of roofs. A true family business. Each of those 7 children are still incredibly interested in the company and two have remained heavily involved in its success. 

We know how hard it is to find a roofer who does what they say they are going to do and puts your home or business first! Randy Jorgensen - President

Randy and his wife Kas have been married for 40 years. Randy’s family is the sweetest and most influential part of his life. You will personally interact with Randy, he is an expert roofer with an endless amount of knowledge. Feel free to ask him any and all questions regarding your roof. He is the backbone of our company and we couldn’t keep this all afloat without him.

Kas Jorgensen - Chief Financial Officer

Kas is Randy’s sweet wife. She keeps careful track of all the finances for the company. She is also very invested in the safety and happiness of our employees. Back in the day, when the business was young, Kas helped install roofs as well. She is a spitfire and the life blood of this company.

Soren JOrgensen - Vice President

Soren is the son of Randy and Kas. He has been extensively trained by Randy in installation and has experienced that business success is based on integrity and honesty. He loves this company, and seeing untapped potential in many areas, is driving it to new levels so that our work can be made more available to everyone. He keeps our vision high.

 

Arrelia Pineiro - Chief operations officer

Arrelia, or better known as Lilly, is the daughter of Randy and Kas. Arrelia owned her own business before she came on with the family company and offers insight and direction from previous experience. She skillfully reads blueprints and submits estimates. She also keeps everything organized in the office and helps keep everybody focused and productive.
